1.3 Contact Forms
Should you choose to contact us by using a contact form on our website, your information is stored in our backend and collected in an email and then sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
The information in the email will be transferred, if relevant, to our CRM system. Then the data will be associated with an existing account with a similar email or created as a new contact.
1.4 Newsletters
If you choose to sign up for our email newsletter, the email address you send to us is sent to ActiveCampaign, which provides us with email marketing services. We consider ActiveCampaign to be a third-party data processor.
Your email address remains in our own and ActiveCampaign's database as long as we continue to use ActiveCampaign's email marketing services or until you specifically wish to be removed from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing, using the unsubscribe links that are included in our newsletters or by requesting removal by email. When you request removal by email, you must use the email account that you used to subscribe to our newsletters.
