PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

This privacy policy is intended to help you understand what data we collect via Hotel Fjordgårdens website, why we collect it and what we do with this data. This is important not only to ensure the security of your personal data, but also to ensure that Hotel Fjordgården meets all the conditions in relation to the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which came into force on 25th May 2018.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR)

GDPR sets a new framework on how personal data is processed and how we relate to the right to privacy. The Regulation aims to strengthen and reconcile data protection rules and rights in favour of EU citizens. It applies to all EU organisations and non-EU organisations (of any size) that provide goods and services to the EU, or use tracking technologies (such as cookies or tracking pixels) to monitor the behaviour of EU users.
