Everyone here has respect for both raw materials and their profession. The vast majority of our produce is Danish and, where possible, locally sourced. We strictly follow the seasons when we select dishes for our menus because local asparagus or freshly ripened Danish strawberries taste amazing in the summer. In contrast, wild game and hearty root vegetables belong in the autumn. This awareness enables our business to contribute to the sustainably of our environment....
We also know that when we buy raw produce directly from the local farmer or the fish auction in nearby Hvide Sande harbour, it will give your meal a unique flavour of West Jutland. We see this as both sustainable behaviours and care for our nature and skilled local producers.
In our restaurant, we give you space and time for RO - the Danish expression meaning peace and tranquillity - to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, while we make every effort to meet your wishes and needs.
